Do you take insurance?

I am in-network for some insurances for clients in Washington State, including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield (MA and NJ only), United Healthcare, Oxford, Oscar Health, Optum, Quest Behavioral Health, and Carelon Behavioral Health.

I am considered an out-of-network provider for residents of NM. I can provide you with a superbill for possible reimbursement with your insurance plan. Please contact your insurance provider to inquire about your out-of-network mental health benefits.

$275 / 60min Psychodiagnostic Intake Interview

$200 / 50-55min Psychotherapy Session

What is perinatal mental health?

Perinatal means the period “all around” birth. It includes trying to conceive, pregnancy, and the first year postpartum.

What is PMH-C?

PMH-C is a certification in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International. The certification requires practice, education, and training requirements in addition to a Pearson VUE exam.

Where are you located?

I live in Albuquerque, NM, but practice virtually through a HIPAA-compliant videoconferencing platform. I am licensed in New Mexico and Washington State and see residents of these states. I have previously lived in Washington State.
