Hi! My name is Alex Koenig, Ph.D. (she/her/hers). I am a licensed clinical psychologist. I am passionate about supporting my clients through life's transitions and helping them to build authentic connections in their lives.

I was born and raised in Texas, but have lived in a number of states including Washington State, Oregon, Arizona, and New Mexico. I currently live in Albuquerque, NM.

When I’m not in the office, you can usually find me outdoors with my family and beloved dog, Kelty, or reading a good book. I enjoy spending time camping, hiking, backpacking, and fishing with my family and friends. I am a lover of all animals and Barre3. I believe that social connection, joy, physical activity, relaxation, growth, and meaning are essential components to well-being and I do my best to practice what I preach.
